It is desirable that you read our ‘privacy policy’ before you enter into any contract with us. Our privacy policy is extremely important to us and also to our clients. Mind that any information we collect and use for the purpose of the required project assigned to us are kept secret and used in accordance to the DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998 and also on the basis of INDIA CONTRACT ACT, 2000 (Amendment).

Therefore we can assure you that your private information and data are safe with us and we don’t use them for any unscrupulous means and never hand over to any third party no matter what the price for it comes!

We collect some information about you so that we can proceed in the required path to complete the project that has been asked to complete by you. In such a necessity we acquire the information. However these information and data are just for the service and they are completely professional bound. We don’t keep the data the moment the contract is over or it is terminated.

Regarding the payment with credit cards, debit card or any other online payment mode, we have encrypted gateways for the payment that never allows us to have any information about the credit cards or payment modes. We simply get the payment through the gateways.

Cyberflavors will in no case every send you promotional emails, unsolicited emails and emails for any sort of feeble matters. You may request us to complete remove the email address from our database and we should oblige.

The basic information we collect from you include – your name, address, your company’s name, telephone number (in case if there is any requirement for telephonic conversation), and email address. More than this we don’t need anything to carry forward the contract and provide you the services. And these data are complete safe with us. They will never fall into the hands of any third party.

Mind that before we enter into any discussion regarding the work either via email or chat, we would ask for information of identity that would be unique to you and only after getting the information we would proceed in the discussion so that we are sure we are talking or providing the information to the right person.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfy with our services, and feels that we have not worked as per your expectations, then within 90 days from the purchase date, we will refund 60% of your total money. Although such situation will never come with us. So leverage the fruitful results of our services.
